Dont be too concerned about awa..just write a couple of essays while giving the practice test..you’ll get the hang of it !

I am not really sure of any tips as such for RC. All I can say is practice as much as you can consistently. I generally did 3-4 RC passages everyday.
After some time , I saw improvement in both accuracy and speed !
