On the GMAT, you will usually see four Reading Comprehension passages, each with three or four questions. This set has four passages and 14 questions, which is roughly the amount of RC you will solve on test day. Give yourself 29 minutes: about 2 minutes to skim each passage and 1.5 minutes for each question.

The passages vary the way they do on the exam. One is long and argues against an older view, one is a single dense paragraph of pure data, one weighs someone else’s argument, and one reports a debate without taking a side. When you finish, read the explanation for every option, including the questions you got right. That is where most of the learning is.

This set is one exam's worth of RC. Crackverbal students work through far more practice material than a single page can hold, with every passage taught using the same Skim, Scan, Solve method you saw in the explanations.
