About the GMAT Case File
You are reviewing the analytical work of a consultant whose mathematical models were correct, yet whose recommendations failed. Across three projects, pieces of the truth were left behind.

Chapter 3 — The Insight Problem
Reconstructing the missing insight that ties the evidence together and explains why the original recommendation failed.
