On the GMAT, you will usually see 9 to 10 Critical Reasoning questions, mixed in with Reading Comprehension in the Verbal section. This set has 10, roughly what you will solve on test day.

Give yourself 20 minutes: about 2 minutes for each question, and up to 3 for the Boldface question.

The mix follows the exam: six assumption-based questions (Assumption, Strengthen, Weaken and Evaluate), three content-based (Inference and Paradox), and one Boldface.

When you finish, read the explanation for every option, including the questions you got right. Each explanation names the trap or pattern that option shows.
